Primerica Group One, Inc. and Primerica Developments, Inc. together provide a wide variety of services to the Commercial Real Estate industry. We focus primarily on retail shopping centers, office parks, multi-family living, commercial real estate sales and property management.

Because of our unwavering commitment to the environment, we have hired professional environmental consultants to complete an extensive study of plants and animals living on the property.
We also plan on using Green Building techniques and technologies during design and construction in order to ensure our project is environmentally friendly.
Company History
We have been specializing in the brokerage and development of Florida shopping centers and stand-alone single tenant properties for over 20 years!
We take special care to ensure that all of our developments are beautifully landscaped and environmentally friendly.
Shopping Centers
Currently, we have several shopping centers in the construction phase and several others operating in cities across the state including Land O’ Lakes, Venice, Zephyrhills, Port Charlotte, Sarasota, Mt. Plymouth-Sorrento and Punta Gorda.
Our shopping centers are designed to meet the architectural requirements and building criteria of the communities in which they’re located. We make every effort within our developments to incorporate the environment consistent with the surrounding community.
Residential
Our multi family developments feature luxury apartment home living at its finest! Two of our Florida locations, The Lakes of Collier Commons in Land O’ Lakes and Lakes of Tuscana in Port Charlotte, are lakeside properties that boast breathtaking views.
Our development in Punta Gorda, Gulf Breeze Apartments, is a modernist urban town home complex featuring environmentally friendly, or “green,” units. This property is unique in that it is a HUD affordable housing project with 4 percent tax credits, bond funding and local government grants.
